Smoked brisket, beef ribs, soft-bone pork, pulled pork, wild pork, pork sausages, lamb, whole chickens, chicken wings and drum sticks. Using local wood (jarrah, apple wood, peach wood) to smoke the meats. Our food is taken to outdoor shows and functions and served from our mobile van. We prepare our food in a commercially-registered kitchen and both our food van and kitchen meet the required health regulation requirements. Our van can be hired for weddings, birthdays, corporate functions or public shows. Bookings are essential so please email or call us to experience Smokey Bros delicious barbecue food.
