Over the past 10 years I have been passionately cooking traditional Thai food for friends, family and work colleagues, to introduce them to my unique interpretation of the fusion of Thai home style cooking in my own kitchen. Allow me to share these flavours with you, so you too can experience Thailand through my kitchen. My signature dishes cover pork, beef, chicken, fish, prawns and other seafoods. Some of my signature dishes include:- massaman beef, chicken satay, vegetarian or chicken spring rolls, coconut fried rice, stir fry crispy pork belly, prawn chu chee curry, amongst many others.
